Health & Wellness

The lessons discovered during the Health and Wellness principle equip our youth with the tools required for emotional, physical, mental, spiritual and social wellness. We explore the meaning of healthy relationships and the serious implications/consequences of sexual activity. Youth are engaged in discussions regarding sexuality and reproductive health, HIV/AIDS and health issues affecting communities of color. Blue Nile promotes abstinence as the key component to a healthy teenage lifestyle.
