Personal Growth & Development

The Personal Growth and Development principle , encourages our youth to get to know and appreciate themselves and discover who they are as young men and women of African descent. Through various exercises, interactions and discussion they learn the importance of self-esteem and the transformative power of our words, actions and thoughts. Youth learn to evaluate their relationship with themselves and with others. Conflict resolution, public speaking, and time management are also among the topics explored during the teaching of this principle.
